How to Change the Destination Account for a Pending Transaction 

Sometimes, a downtime with your default bank account may prevent us from processing your payout. When this happens, you’ll receive a notification asking you to switch to a new account. Not to worry — the process for doing this is pretty simple. Come along, we’ll show you. 


A Simple Guide to ‘Switching To a New Account’

Step 1

On the payout tab, find the ‘UNPAID’ transaction and click on it.

Step 2

Click on the account you want to switch to.

Step 3

Confirm the Account Switch by clicking ‘Yes, Confirmed.

Or

Step 2

Click ‘Connect New Account’

Step 3

Fill in your new account details. Once your details have been green checked, click on ‘Confirm Update.’

Step 4

An OTP will be sent to your registered email address. Input the OTP in the space provided and click on ‘Confirm Update.’

Step 5

Select the newly added account by clicking on the small circle next to it.

Step 6

Click on ‘Yes, Confirmed.’


GOOD TO GO!
