PAYMENT ISSUES

My payment is delayed. What do I do?

Payment delays are caused by a number of factors, including Bank network, government regulations, and internal processes. When you have an issue like this, DO NOT PANIC. Your payment would be made manually, and might be slower than usual. However, you will always get paid the same day you make your transaction.

Why is my transaction not showing on the app?

If your transaction is not showing on the Vent Africa app, it means either you have not yet activated your account or you have issues with your network. Make sure that your network is working fine. If the issue persists, please contact us at [email protected] with your transaction details and we will help you out.

What is the minimum amount I can trade?

The minimum amount you can trade is $10.00.

What is the maximum amount per trade?

You can trade as much as possible. However, you would need to provide your BVN to make high amount (above 10,000 USD) transactions.

Why did my app stop working?

If your app stops working, kindly visit the App store or Play store to update your application. Also, your app might stop working because of issues with the server. You will receive a notification from Vent Africa if there are going to be any technical issues.

How do I change my phone number on your site or app?

Your personal information cannot be changed on the app for your safety, because we believe it might be someone else with your password trying to change your details. Kindly reach out to us if you need to change your personal details.

Why is the amount I sent different what is showing on my dashboard?

It’s a technical issue with our invoice system. Give the system about one hour to reconcile your account.

I can’t generate my transaction hash ID, how do I go about it.

Generating your transaction hash/ID is dependent on the platform you’re sending from. We absolutely do not have any control of that. Contact your exchange’s support for help.

Must I redeem my transaction before I get paid?

Short answer: No, you do not need to use the redeem feature for every transaction.

Our platform is built to watch your wallet address for any incoming bitcoin deposit. However, in some cases, the exchange you’re sending from may not broadcast the transaction well enough in the blockchain for our infrastructure to pick it up. In such a situation, our platform will miss the transaction and you’re required to use the Redeem Feature to query for such missing transactions.

Most of the times, this is an issue with services like bitcoin ATM.
