Where to Find Security Settings on Vent

To access your security settings:

Step One

Open the Vent app and log into your account.

Step Two

Go to your Profile page.

Step Three

Click on “Security Settings”. 

Here, you’ll find options to:

• Change your transaction pin.
• Setup biometrics.
• Review session activity.

How to Change Your Transaction Pin on Vent

If you feel your transaction pin is too weak or you simply want extra peace of mind, changing it takes less than a minute.

Step One

Under “Security Settings,” tap “Change Transaction Pin.” 

Step Two

Enter the verification code sent to your email.

Step Three

Type in your new pin and click on “Proceed”.

Step Four

Re-enter the new pin and tap “Confirm”.

• Your birthday.
• “123456”.
• Your phone number.
